Sales Executive – Powering the US Expansion of FAT Karting League

Job description

FAT Karting League has taken the UK by storm with our exciting electric karting series, and we’re setting our sights on global expansion with our first championship in the Midwest. Our ambitious goal is to establish 50 international championships within the next five years, and to achieve this, we are seeking a talented and driven individual drive customer acquisition.  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets and a strong ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and experience using HubSpot CRM to optimize sales processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive ticket sales across our events in the US. 

  • Help the team’s GTM plan in launching new Hubs in the US market. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and customer satisfaction. 

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, monitor sales performance, and optimize workflows. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency. 

  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities. 

Job requirements

Key Qualifications & Skills 

  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. 

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for managing leads, pipelines, and reporting. 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives. 

  • Self-motivated, results driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
