FAT Karting League is a high-performance motorsport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success — on and off the track.
As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motorsport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a major regional championship, develop professionally within a growing motorsport organisation, and play a meaningful part in the future of grassroots racing in the United States.
Role Summary
As Motorsport Hub Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the Texas championship, overseeing planning, budgeting, mechanical preparation, staffing, and race weekend delivery.
The role is split between office and workshop-based administration and trackside leadership on event weekends. During the hot summer months, you will also support FAT Karting League’s wider US operations, travelling with the kart fleet to other regions of the country to assist other hubs.

Act as the senior on-site decision maker during events
Ensure events are delivered safely, professionally, and within budget
Maintain compliance with internal processes and performance targets
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage full-time and part-time staff for hub operations and events
Set clear expectations and provide direction before, during, and after events
Conduct post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement
