Most brand roles are about keeping the lights on. This one is about telling powerful stories that bring our disruptive mission to life. FAT Karting League is redefining the pathway from karting to F1 - and you’ll help turn a bold idea into a global movement.

We’ve already taken the UK and US by storm with our electric karting series: a community-driven sports brand that breaks down barriers to entry, removes 95% of the traditional costs, and redefines racing culture for a new generation. With expansion planned to 50+ markets over the next five years, we’re moving fast and looking for a Brand Lead who shares our ambition.

As Brand Lead, you’ll shape how the world connects with FAT Karting League - building community, driving loyalty, and turning fans into lifelong advocates. From trackside events to content that resonates worldwide, your work will define a disruptive brand with massive global potential.

What You’ll Do

You’ll design experiences that start with a TikTok clip and grow into a loyal community - people attending races, engaging online, and proudly repping FAT Karting year after year.

  • Own brand storytelling and content strategy across markets, balancing global consistency with local flavour.

  • Run community engagement events, loyalty initiatives, and ambassador programs that keep fans hooked.

  • Launch and manage webinars, podcasts, and digital activations to deepen engagement.

  • Oversee social media coordination, ensuring consistency across markets and platforms.

  • Build programs that increase retention, advocacy, and repeat participation.

  • Define and track engagement metrics - from event attendance and sign-ups to social media activity and satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with growth, product, and operations teams to align engagement strategies with expansion goals.

Job requirements

What You Bring - essentials

  • 2–3 years' experience in brand, community, or engagement roles at a fast-paced consumer brand, event company, or agency.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver initiatives that drive loyalty and repeat participation.

  • Strong grasp of social media, content creation, and community-building strategies.

  • Experience running events (digital or physical) that build genuine connections with audiences.

  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable measuring engagement and satisfaction and turning insights into action.

  • A creative, cultural pulse: you know how to tell stories that resonate across TikTok, Insta, YouTube, and beyond.

  • Energy of a self-starter, hunger of an entrepreneur, and excitement to be in on the ground floor of something massive.
